- 제1조 (목적)
- 본 약관은 (주)메이어스(이하 '회사')가 운영하는 공식 홈페이지(이하 '사이트')에서 제공하는 인터넷 관련 서비스 및 콘텐츠의 이용 조건 및 절차, 회사와 이용자의 권리, 의무 및 책임 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

- 회사 및 브랜드(에디안 플러스) 관련 정보 제공
- 회사 로고 및 브랜드 로고(CI/BI) 파일 다운로드 서비스
- 이메일 문의 접수 및 상담 서비스
- 기타 회사가 정하는 업무
- 회사는 기술적 사양의 변경이나 운영상 필요에 따라 서비스 내용을 변경할 수 있으며, 이 경우 별도의 공지 없이 '사이트'에 업데이트하는 것으로 갈음할 수 있습니다.
- 회사는 '사이트'를 통해 다음의 서비스를 제공합니다.
- 제4조 (저작권 및 브랜드 자산의 이용 규정)

- 회사가 '사이트'를 통해 제공하는 모든 저작물(에디안 플러스 관련 정보, 프로젝트 리스트, 이미지, 텍스트 등)에 대한 저작권 및 지식재산권은 회사에 귀속됩니다.
- 로고 자산의 이용 : 회사는 이용자의 편의를 위해 회사 로고(CI) 및 브랜드 로고(BI) 파일(AI, PNG 등)을 다운로드 형태로 제공합니다. 이용자는 제공된 로고 파일을 사용할 때 다음 각 호의 사항을 준수해야 합니다.
- 임의 변형 금지 : 로고의 형태, 비율, 색상 등을 임의로 변경하거나 왜곡하여 사용할 수 없습니다.
- 사칭 및 오인 유도 금지 : 회사의 공식 승인 없이 파트너십이나 보증 관계가 있는 것으로 오해할 수 있는 방식으로 사용하는 행위를 금합니다.
- 부적절한 사용 금지 : 범죄, 미풍양속 저해, 회사 및 브랜드의 명예를 훼손하는 저작물 또는 매체에 사용하는 행위를 금합니다.
- 이용자가 위 규정을 위반하여 회사에 손해를 끼치거나 브랜드 이미지를 훼손할 경우, 회사는 로고 사용 중단을 요구할 수 있으며 이용자는 즉시 이에 응해야 합니다.
- 제5조 (이용자의 의무)
- 이용자는 다음 각 호의 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.

- '사이트'에 게시된 정보를 무단으로 복제, 배포, 수정하거나 영리 목적으로 이용하는 행위
- 회사의 정상적인 서비스 운영을 방해하거나 시스템에 위해를 가하는 행위
- 타인의 성함, 연락처, 이메일 주소 등을 도용하여 이메일 문의를 발송하는 행
- 제6조 (책임의 제한)

- 회사는 '사이트'에 게재된 정보, 자료, 사실의 신뢰도 및 정확성에 대하여 보증하지 않으며, 이로 인해 발생한 이용자의 어떠한 손해에 대해서도 책임을 지지 않습니다.
- 회사는 천재지변, 서버 점검, 통신 장애 등 불가항력적인 사유로 인해 서비스가 중단되는 경우 책임을 면합니다.
- 제7조 (분쟁 해결 및 관할법원)

- 회사와 이용자 간에 발생한 서비스 이용에 관한 분쟁은 상호 합의하여 해결하는 것을 원칙으로 합니다.
- 상호 합의가 이루어지지 않아 소송이 제기될 경우, 회사의 본점 소재지를 관할하는 법원을 전속 관할법원으로 하며 준거법은 대한민국 법령으로 합니다.

- (주)메이어스(이하 '회사')는 정보주체의 개인정보를 보호하고 이와 관련한 고충을 신속하고 원활하게 처리할 수 있도록 다음과 같이 개인정보 처리방침을 수립·공개합니다.
- 제1조 (처리 목적)
- 회사는 다음의 목적을 위하여 개인정보를 처리하며, 목적 이외의 용도로는 이용하지 않습니다.

- 회사는 서비스 제공을 위해 다음의 개인정보 항목을 수집하고 있습니다.

- 제3조 (보유 및 이용 기간)

- 제4조 (파기 절차 및 방법)
- 회사는 개인정보 보유기간의 경과, 처리목적 달성 등 개인정보가 불필요하게 되었을 때에는 지체 없이 해당 개인정보를 파기합니다. 전자적 파일 형태의 정보는 기록을 재생할 수 없는 기술적 방법을 사용합니다.
- 제5조 (정보주체의 권리·의무 및 행사방법)
- 정보주체는 언제든지 등록되어 있는 자신의 개인정보를 열람하거나 수정을 요청할 수 있으며, 삭제 또는 처리 정지를 요구할 수 있습니다.
- 제6조 (개인정보 보호책임자)
- 회사는 개인정보 처리에 관한 업무를 총괄해서 책임지고, 관련 불만처리 및 피해구제 등을 위하여 아래와 같이 개인정보 보호책임자를 지정하고 있습니다.

Terms of Service
- Article 1 (Purpose)
- The purpose of these Terms of Service is to prescribe the conditions and procedures for using the internet-related services and contents provided on the official website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") operated by MAIUS Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), as well as to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and the users.
- Article 2 (Definitions)

- User: Refers to a person who accesses the "Site" and uses the contents and services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.
- Contents: Refers to all materials provided by the Company through the "Site," including company introductions, history, project portfolios, solution (edian+) information, images, texts, and logo files (AI, PNG, etc.).
- Article 3 (Contents and Modification of Services)

- The Company provides the following services through the "Site":
- Provision of information regarding the Company and its brand (edian+)
- Download services for company and brand logos (CI/BI)
- Email inquiry reception and consultation services
- Other tasks determined by the Company
- The Company may modify the contents of the services based on changes in technical specifications or operational needs. In such cases, the update on the "Site" shall serve as notice without a separate announcement.
- The Company provides the following services through the "Site":
- Article 4 (Copyright and Usage of Brand Assets)

- Copyrights and all other intellectual property rights for all works provided through the "Site" (edian+ info, project lists, images, texts, etc.) belong to the Company.
- Usage of Logo Assets: The Company provides company logo (CI) and brand logo (BI) files (AI, PNG, etc.) for download for the convenience of Users. Users must comply with the following when using the provided logo files:
- Prohibition of Arbitrary Modification: The shape, proportion, or color of the logo must not be arbitrarily changed, distorted, or modified.
- Prohibition of Impersonation or Misleading Use: Any use that may mislead others to believe there is an official partnership or endorsement without the Company's prior approval is strictly prohibited.
- Prohibition of Inappropriate Use: Use in works or media that are criminal, offensive to public order and morals, or damaging to the reputation of the Company or its brand is strictly prohibited.
- If a User violates the above regulations and causes damage to the Company or its brand image, the Company may demand the cessation of logo use, and the User must comply immediately.
- Article 5 (Obligations of the User)
- Users shall not engage in the following acts:

- Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of information posted on the "Site."
- Interfering with the normal operation of the Company's services or harming the system.
- Sending email inquiries by misappropriating another person's name, contact information, or email address.
- Article 6 (Limitation of Liability)

- The Company does not guarantee the reliability or accuracy of information, materials, or facts posted on the "Site" and shall not be held liable for any damages incurred by Users resulting from their use.
- The Company shall be exempt from liability if services are interrupted due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, server maintenance, or telecommunication failures.
- Article 7 (Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction)

- In principle, any dispute arising between the Company and the User regarding the use of services shall be resolved through mutual agreement.
- If a lawsuit is filed due to a failure to reach an agreement, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's headquarters shall be the exclusive court of jurisdiction, and the governing law shall be the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Privacy Policy
- MAIUS Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company') establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy in order to protect the personal information of data subjects and to promptly and smoothly process any related grievances in accordance with relevant laws.
- Article 1 (Purpose of Processing)
- The Company processes personal information for the following purposes and will not use it for any other purposes.

- Securing communication channels for receiving customer inquiries, providing consultations, and notifying results.
- Article 2 (Items to be Processed)
- The Company collects the following personal information items to provide its services.

- The Company processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use prescribed by law or within the period agreed upon by the data subject at the time of collection.
- Personal Information Retention Period: One (1) year from the completion of the inquiry processing.
- Article 4 (Destruction Procedures and Methods)
- The Company shall destroy the personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary, such as the expiration of the retention period or the achievement of the processing purpose. Information in the form of electronic files is destroyed using technical methods that ensure the records cannot be reproduced.
- Article 5 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and How to Exercise Them)
- Data subjects may at any time request to access or correct their registered personal information, and may request deletion or suspension of processing.
- Article 6 (Privacy Officer)
- The Company has designated a Privacy Officer as follows to take overall responsibility for personal information processing and to handle complaints and provide remedies related to personal information.
